What We Do
We work with Presidents, Sales VP's and Sales Managers to develop
a high performance sales organization. Because every organization
is unique our strategy for each client is different.
Much like a doctor, we look at the symptoms and do
an evaluation to determine the best course of action.
From that evaluation, we can determine what needs to happen,
in order of priority, who needs to do what, how much effort
it will take, how long it will take and how much ROI you
can expect. From there, we build a real world plan utilizing
a combination of medication, physical therapy, surgery
and home treatment (metaphorically speaking) to get the results you expect.
Keep in mind that most people under the age of 42 have had little or no sales training,
sales management training, coaching or mentoring. Why? Because Fortune 500 companies like
IBM, Xerox, etc. that provided 12-16 month professional sales development for new
recruits stopped those programs in the 80’s during the downsizing era. This has created
what we call the "Talent Gap". This is compounded by the fact that nobody has stepped in to fill the void.
It pains us to say, our network of sales consultants, trainers and recruiters all agree
that less then 3% of sales mangers know what to do, how to do it and can execute.
Our job is to help you fill in those gaps to build a stronger sales management and sales team.
